Order Tracking:
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS. As soon as your order is entered into the UPS system, you will receive an email
from UPS Quantumview with your tracking information and estimated delivery day.
USPS (US post office) is used for our sample orders and as a lower-cost alternative for Next Day/Second Day (Express Mail) & most international shipments.
Email Inquiries & Confirmations:
Sometimes email servers such as hotmail and yahoo automatically put our emails to you in your bulk or spam folder.
If you have sent an email and have not received a response, or if you have not received an automatic confirmation email
of your order, please check your bulk or spam folders, adjust your bulk or spam filters, or use an alternate email address.

business and are constantly working to get orders out, so you may have to leave a message on our voicemail system to

Returns and Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund less shipping and any items that have been damaged or used by you.
You must ship your package back to us within 7 business days in order to get a refund.It is not necessary that the package actually make it
back to us within 7 business days, but it must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days of you receiving it.
Please email returns and let us know that you would like to return your package and if you have used anything from your order.
Sometimes items are drop-shipped to you from another location and we will need to have a call tag sent for the shipping carrier to pick up your package, so it is important that you email us
before returning your item.
